What does it check?

On the page itself: accessibility including contrast, placeholder copy, dead links, placeholder email addresses, unlabelled links and buttons, images that didn’t load and horizontal overflow per viewport. On the server: title, meta description, h1, viewport, favicon, Open Graph, language, mixed content and the status of every outgoing link.

Which plan do I need?

Pro. The Pre-Flight Check is included in Pro and works on website projects, not on PDF or image projects.

How often can I run it?

Once per project every five minutes. Each run shows what changed since the one before.

Will it flag things that aren’t really a problem?

It’s deliberately careful. Contrast is skipped on elements that are still fading in, and overflow only counts when a visitor can actually scroll sideways.
