Yes. Cancel in your settings with one click. Pro stays active until the end of your billing period.
What happens after 3 projects?
Your 3 projects stay, with every comment. Projects on Free can't be deleted, so a slot never frees up again. For more projects you need Pro.
What happens when I downgrade to Free?
If your workspace has more members than seats, it becomes read-only for everyone except the owner. Nobody is removed and no project is deleted. New projects need Pro once you have used your 3.
Do my clients or reviewers need a paid seat?
No. Clients and reviewers comment for free and never need an account. Seats are only for your own team: Pro includes 3 (you plus 2 team members). Each extra seat is $10 per month, or $100 per year on annual plans.
Can I add my EU VAT ID?
Yes. Enter it during checkout.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
