What is a workspace?

Every account has one. Projects and folders live in it, and everyone you invite sees them. You can also be a member of other people’s workspaces and switch between them.

Who needs a seat?

Only people on your team. Clients and reviewers comment through the review link and never count.

What can members do?

Open every project in the workspace, comment, reply, resolve, change share settings and run the pre-flight check.

What happens when I downgrade to Free?

If your workspace has more members than seats, it becomes read-only for everyone except the owner. Nobody is removed and no project is deleted.
